The coaching team attends regular in-house training and individually signs up for external certification conducted by reputable bodies in a wide range of topics, for example, Health and Wellness, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, Sports Coaching, Corrective Exercises, Teambuilding, Leadership, Psychology, First Aid, Safety, Injury Rehab, Yoga and Meditation, to better hone their skills and improve their knowledge.

Warrior Fitness has affiliations with many industry-related international groups and continuously aims to bring our fitness coaching to greater heights.
