WHAT IS OPERATION TRANSFORMATION?

Operation Transformation (OT) is an 8-week health and fitness program delivered by Warrior Fitness, suitable for those who wish to improve their health, get leaner, feel better, and improve their mental or athletic performance. Based on a system of scientific research-based practices, it empowers you to take charge of your eating and movement, develop your self-awareness and overcome barriers to change. Hence, make healthier choices for life.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

WARRIOR OT COACHING SYSTEM

  1. Needs Analysis:

We begin with an initial personal consultation where we will assess your:

  • Goals
  • History
  • Health
  • Lifestyle
  • Body
  • Fitness
  1. OT Handbook:
  • Personalized plan of action
  • Personalized nutritional coaching
  • Daily lessons, habits, check-ins, journaling and more.
  1. Provide Skills and Personalized Support
  • Supermarket visit: The coach takes you down the supermarket aisle to advise the recommended foods types; what is ideal and what to avoid.
  • ‘Coffee hour’:  Periodic meet-up sessions between the coach and other fellow participants to share their experiences, challenges and successes.
  • Cooking demonstration – Learn how to prepare easy healthy meals. You will also receive recipes to try out.
  • One-on-one guidance throughout the program with your coach 
  • Reminders and motivational messages
  • Fitness (Optional) For the workout portion of the program, you can choose any activity and location you feel comfortable in, provided the environment is conducive to the workout. Warrior Fitness has many professional outdoor, indoor or personal coaching options.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE FOR OT 2023

  • March 4 – OT 2023 First Session (Saturday 11 am @ Warrior Base Camp)
    Includes Introduction to OT, Fitness and Body Composition Assessments (compulsory for all).*
  • March 5 – Supermarket Visit (Sunday 3 pm @ Mercato, Island Plaza)
  • March 18 – Cooking Demo and Coffee Hour (Saturday 11 am @ Warrior Base Camp)
    Learn easy-to-prepare healthy meals and have a casual group discussion to share your experience and to motivate each other.
  • March 25 – Fitness Talk : Sleep, Are You Getting Enough?
  • April 1 – Hill Side Hike (Saturday 5 pm @ T.B.A)
    An easy and short hike combined with a group discussion.
  • April 15 – Coffee Hour (Saturday 11 am @ T.B.A)
  • April 29 – OT 2023 Final Fitness and Body Composition Assessments
    (Saturday 11 am @ Warrior Base Camp). This session is compulsory for all.

If any participant cannot attend any of these sessions, we will need to arrange for a one-to-one Personal Coaching session at an additional cost of RM180).

MEET YOUR COACH

Coach Conor McManus will be your coach throughout your journey with us. He is a certified PN Level 1 coach and have helped many in Warrior Fitness to successfully achieve their health and fitness goals.

WHY WARRIOR?

Established in 2010, Warrior Fitness & Adventure Sdn Bhd began with a few one-hour outdoor group personal training sessions to currently over 18 scheduled weekly sessions. We also have a handpicked team of internationally certified coaches, who are mission-focused on helping you achieve your goals and be fitter and healthier. Our coaching is underpinned by a professional code of conduct.

WHEN CAN I START?

The next Warrior Operation Transformation will begin on 

SATURDAY, MARCH 4, 2023

Here, you will start to learn and build good sustainable habits. As this is not a quick-fix weight-loss program, significant changes will take beyond the initial eight weeks as you continue on your own and stay committed for the rest of your life.

8 weeks?

For a program to be successful, it must be one that is sustainable. And that means building up at a reasonable and steady pace.

*The fee does not include Warrior Fitness training.
