Ian Edwards is a former soldier with the British Army, now residing and running Warrior Fitness in Kota Kinabalu.

Conor Mc Manus is a former soldier, diving supervisor, patrol medic and First Aid instructor with the Irish Defense Forces, now residing and running Warrior Fitness & Adventure in Penang, Malaysia.

Besides being a Warrior coach, Conor is also a consultant/trainer in Health, Safety and Security. Conor also has experience in
