Conor McManus is driven by a clear purpose: to help people become fitter, healthier, and more resilient. His coaching philosophy focuses on unlocking each person’s full fitness, health, and performance potential — starting exactly where they are.
Conor’s coaching foundations began in the early 1990s with the Irish Military Special Operations, where he designed and led fitness training for Tier 1 operators. These experiences shaped his approach to strength and conditioning, elite performance, disciplined teamwork, resilient leadership, and overcoming real-world challenges, principles that still guide him today.
Since leaving the military, Conor has continued his mission through Warrior Fitness & Adventure, the community-focused fitness organisation he co-founded in 2010. For over a decade, he has delivered science-based, supportive, inclusive, and engaging training that challenges individuals while building community — always grounded in the Warrior ethos:

As a Senior Coach leading group and one-on-one sessions, Conor creates an environment where people of all fitness levels and ages can thrive. His approach emphasises evidence-based training, injury prevention, mindset development, outdoor fitness, and sustainable performance for life.
For more than 25 years, he has coached hundreds of clients, helping them achieve meaningful, lasting change. Conor believes deeply in the power of community and collective motivation, where the group’s energy fuels individual progress.
