Senior Coach, Conor Mc Manus’s motivation is to help others become fitter, healthier, and more resilient than they have ever been. In short, “Unlock your fitness, health, and performance potential!”

His foundations in health and fitness started in the early 1990s with the role of a fitness instructor with the Irish Military Special Operations where he plans and leads tactical fitness programs for Tier 1 soldiers. His time in the military has given him real-life experiences of high-performance teamwork, operational leadership, and how to overcome real-life challenges.

Since leaving the military, Conor has been coaching with Warrior Fitness & Adventure which he co-founded in 2010, to deliver quality community-based health and fitness training that is fun, supportive, inclusive, sometimes challenging but always delivers what it says on the tin:  ‘Real Training- Real Results’
