Includes all the above + 8 weeks of Warrior Fitness Training (Beginner to Advanced Levels)* + Access to the website Member Zone).
*Fitness Training includes Blue Card Membership with unlimited access to all sessions including TRX, Boxing, Abs and Core and RAW.
Note: For current Warriors, your membership will be placed on hold during the 8-week program, and you will be able to resume your membership after the end of the program.
Suitable for Beginner to Advanced levels: Your 8-Week transformation starts February 23 - April 20, 2019.

Here's our tentative schedule for OT 7.0

23rd Feb - First Session includes Introduction to OT, Fitness and Body Composition Assessments (compulsory for all). If any participant cannot attend this session, we will need to arrange for a one-to-one Personal Coaching session at an additional cost of MYR150).

24th Feb (3 p.m) - Supermarket Visit (Cold Storage, Island Plaza)

9th Mar - Healthy Cooking Workshop (Venue TBD)

23rd Mar - Group Discussion session (Sharing and Motivation)

30th Mar - Myofascial and Injury Prevention Talk

6th Apr - Group Discussion session (Sharing and Motivation)

13th Apr - Warrior Hike to # 5

20th Apr - Final Fitness and Body Composition Assessments. (compulsory for all). If any participant cannot attend this session, we will need to arrange for a one-to-one Personal Coaching session at an additional cost of MYR150).
