Raw is high-intensity strength and conditioning training, using nontraditional equipment and training methods. This session helps
to overcome various physical and mental challenges in the form of weights and body weights. Obstacles may include climbing over walls and navigate over varied terrains while carrying heavy objects, traversing bodies on grass, crawling, and battling over rope/kettlebells/sandbag/bucket/slam ball and many more.
