I first joined Warrior in mid of 2015 I think. I was jogging in Rainforest park and saw Robert coaching a group of ladies so I asked him about the session..and decided to try out. The rest is history.
What keeps me coming back is the special camaraderie that developed between the members which eventually created strong bondage among us. I normally try to attend at least 4 times a week unless I am out of town.
This year has been exceptional as we were introduced to OT and which I signed up. The experience was priceless. My current goal is to reach and maintain an optimal body weight n fitness.
In the next 5 years, l wish to see more Warrior Fitness branches all over Malaysia and for it to become a sought after training provider with high credentials coaches.
