Spartan Races are coming up – are you ready?

Join us for a FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUT designed to build the strength, stamina, and grit needed for a Spartan race.

🔥 Whether you’ve signed up for a Spartan or not, ALL ARE WELCOME.
🔥 Expect a race-specific strength & conditioning workout and expert coaching.
🔥 One hour of high-quality training with warmup and cooldown included.

This is your chance to train like a Spartan, push your limits, and experience the Warrior community spirit.

The workout will focus on developing strength and conditioning for a Spartan race. Expect sandbags, weighted buckets, weights, strength exercises, team games and coaching during this one-hour coach-led workout, including warmup and cool down.

What should I bring?

Sports attire, lots of water, towel/ change of clothes, and plenty of CAN DO ATTITUDE!

Is there an age limit to enter the event?

Only 15 years old and above.
