We’re gearing up for Spartan 2023 with new proportions so come and train with us. It matters not if you have signed up for any upcoming Spartan races as ALL ARE WELCOME.
The workout will focus on developing strength and conditioning for a Spartan race. Expect sandbags, weighted buckets, weights, strength exercises, team games and coaching during this one-hour coach-led workout, including warmup and cool down.

What should I bring?
Sports attire, lots of water, towel/ change of clothes, and plenty of CAN DO ATTITUDE!
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
Only 15 years old and above.
