This multidiscipline session will use various equipment like suspension trainer, resistance bands, mini bands, slider/glider discs, pilates ball, fit balls, wobbling boards and self-body weight as part of to help build better stability, strength and control of the movement.


  • To build a solid foundation
  • To build strong abs and core
  • To gain strength
  • To explore your own body movements and control
  • To improve overall posture, and finally,
  • To enhance the muscle tone and define the waistline.

What do you need?

It would be ideal to have these in hand for the session.

  • Yoga mat
  • Non-slip socks
  • Drinking water
