1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Tahini (can be substituted with white sesame paste)
1/2 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
Pinch of Salt
1 can drained Chickpeas
Blend the lemon juice and tahini together briefly. Add in the garlic, olive oil, cumin and salt. Blend again and scrape the sides of the blender. Lastly, add in the can of chickpeas and blend till smooth. Scrape sides of blender and add water to desired consistency.
